Refund policy

No refunds. All ApplySharp sales are final once the digital package has been delivered or download links have been issued.

That includes paid template packages, revision downloads, template switches, and agency credit packs. Because files are digital and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns, or charge reversals except where required by law.

Before you pay, preview designs with your profile in the editor and confirm the package price on the checkout screen. If you do not want to pay, use Looking for free? to switch to the free Plain template instead.

Free Plain downloads have no charge and no refund path. See also our Terms.
